What is Nexoria?
Nexoria connects cloud storage, indexed company knowledge and the Nex AI chat. Store files in Drive, search their contents with sources and put that knowledge to work. Doc, Calc, Slides, DocStudio, automations and chatbots are included.
Who is Nexoria for?
Nexoria is designed for German SMEs, consultancies, law firms, the public sector and IT partners: organisations that handle sensitive data and want to avoid dependence on US cloud providers.
Where is my data stored?
Files and the knowledge index are stored on servers in Germany, where semantic search also runs. Mistral AI processes relevant content in France to generate answers. Other services and enabled integrations have their own data flows, including Sentry, Gmail, Microsoft Graph and the optional VoiceBot. Providers and processing locations are documented in the security overview and processing register.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Data sent by Nexoria to Mistral AI is not used for model training. This exclusion is agreed in the data processing agreement between Nexoria and Mistral AI. See the contractual reference in the data processing agreement.
Which compliance requirements does Nexoria support?
Nexoria is designed around Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data processing agreement under Article 28, processing register under Article 30 and data protection impact assessment under Article 35 are publicly available. GDPR compliance is a provider statement supported by these documents, not a certification. A closed European data flow is often a prerequisite for sectors subject to professional secrecy under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code. Technical and organisational measures are based on BSI IT-Grundschutz modules ORP.4, CON.1, APP.5.3 and OPS.1.1.5. This does not replace certification; no external certification audit is currently commissioned or scheduled.
What is Nexoria Office?
Doc, Calc and Slides are standalone apps included in the base product. Nexoria Drive stores the files and makes shared contents available for search and further work with Nex. The .docx, .xlsx and .pptx formats are retained.
How does AI knowledge search work?
Content in Nexoria Drive is indexed. You can then search semantically in the AI chat or a dedicated search window. Answers show their sources. Workspaces determine which content is visible.
How much does Nexoria cost?
Base costs €29 per user per month with 3 million AI tokens per user and 10 GB of storage per company. The five-user package costs €299 per month, including 5 million AI tokens per user and 20 GB of storage. Each additional user costs €20 per month.
Are there additional costs?
Storage above the included allowance costs €1.00 per GB per month, measured in source bytes. Mail and Meet cost €19 per user per month on Base and €9 on Pro. Setup is quoted individually according to the work required.
What happens when tokens or storage run out?
You choose automatic or manual top-ups. Without a top-up, new AI requests or uploads pause. Existing document search continues to work without consuming AI tokens.
How quickly can we get started?
Setup depends on the amount of data and the connections required. Nexoria handles initial onboarding, indexing and acceptance individually according to the work involved. Authorised users can then upload additional files themselves and use them directly in Nex.
