About us
The people behind Nexoria
Nexoria emerged in 2026 from a shared conviction: European companies deserve AI tools with traceable data flows. We built them: self-funded, with files and the knowledge index on German servers.
The company behind Nexoria is Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Kelkheim im Taunus. The company was founded on 11 May 2026 and entered in the commercial register at the Amtsgericht (Local Court) Königstein im Taunus under HRB 12532 on 23 June 2026. Direct access to the CTO
In critical cases, you speak with the person who built the architecture. No ticket system, no forwarding to a call centre.

Response time in the general terms
In §8, our general terms state a target response time of 4 hours for critical incidents during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00) and a target availability of 99.5% as an annual average.

Technical documentation on request
The architecture overview, deletion concept and incident response plan are available on request, under NDA if you wish.

Documented exit strategy
After cancellation, you have 30 days for a complete data export in open formats, after which the content is irreversibly deleted. A separate period applies to Nexoria Meet: after the contract ends, recordings and transcripts from Nexoria Meet are retained for 180 days by default. This period can be adjusted individually. The way out is set before you go in.

Open formats in the stack
Doc, Calc and Slides are based on LibreOffice and work with .docx, .xlsx and .pptx. Your files remain readable, even without us. Where it makes sense, we use open-source components instead of proprietary black boxes.

Four decisions that shape our work every day.
Data protection by design
Not retrofitted, but built in from the very first line of code. Embeddings, search, OCR and reranking run on German servers.
European sovereignty
Files, the knowledge index and semantic search run on dedicated servers in Germany. Answer generation by Nex uses Mistral AI.
Radical transparency
The DPA, the DPIA and the processing register under Art. 30 GDPR are publicly available on this website. The providers involved and their tasks are listed there by name.
Bootstrapped & independent
No VC money, no external investors. Nobody in the background is demanding a growth curve that comes at your expense.
The company
All new customers, projects and contracts are handled by Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt): one contracting partner for software, operations, language model and storage.
