YOUR SYSTEMS. YOUR COMPANY KNOWLEDGE.

Interfaces: Connect knowledge.
Do more with it.

SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive and your own systems: on request, we make external content available for knowledge search with Nexoria. Built-in storage, AI and Office take you from the answer to the next task.

Interfaces & actions in everyday work

Connect the knowledge in your systems.

We agree sources, access permissions, updates and actions with you. The integration follows your workflow.

Compared with Power Automate · Integrations

Connect existing systems

We work with you to plan suitable integrations with storage, CRM, ERP or your own systems. Data scope, updates and write actions are defined for each integration.

For example, with a delivery delay: combine emails with information from connected systems and prepare the next steps.

INTERFACES

Your knowledge is spread across many places.
Bring it together.

Start with the sources your team uses every day. We work with you to plan the integration based on your systems and permissions.

FROM SOURCE TO ANSWER

Connecting files is the beginning.

What matters is that your team can find, put into context and use the content.

  1. 01

    Define sources

Choose together which libraries, folders or data areas should be made accessible.

  2. 02

    Index content

Prepare shared content for knowledge search. Scope and updates are defined for each integration.

  3. 03

    Answer with sources

Search for relevant content with Nex and trace answers back to their sources.

  4. 04

    Reuse results

Turn knowledge into documents, analyses or presentations and keep working on them as a team.

NEXORIA BRINGS MORE

A dedicated place for knowledge.
And the software to work with it.

External sources complement your Nexoria working environment. Drive stores your own files, Nex uncovers connections, and the Office apps help with the next result.

Status
SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive can be connected as knowledge sources on request; we check the integration of further systems on request. Scope, updates and permissions are defined for each integration.
Data flow
With an integration, the shared content from the connected system flows into the Nexoria knowledge index. Processing in the connected system is subject to its own terms and settings. Files, the knowledge index and semantic search run on dedicated servers in Germany. The website and dashboard are also hosted in Germany. Answer generation by Nex uses Mistral AI. Other services and enabled integrations are described in the security overview and the processing register.
Read and write
We set up read access for indexing and write actions in a system separately, each with its own approval.
Requirements
The connected system provides a suitable interface. Which steps are possible depends on the API, data formats and permissions of the system in question.
Terms
We agree the scope and terms of an integration with you in advance. The platform plans are listed on the pricing page.
External AI models
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Langdock can optionally be connected to Nexoria. Nexoria also works without these integrations. When connected, shared content is transferred to the respective provider. That provider's terms, processing locations and settings apply.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about integration.

Which interfaces can I connect?

SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive can be connected as knowledge sources on request. We set up the integration depending on your environment and permissions. On request, we also check integrations with further storage, CRM, ERP and own systems. Scope, updates and permissions are defined for each integration.

Do all files have to move to Nexoria Drive?

You can combine external knowledge sources with Nexoria and store your own files in Nexoria Drive. We define for each integration which content is included for indexing and how changes are kept in sync.

What is the difference between indexing and an action?

Indexing makes content available for search and for answers with sources. An action changes something, for example by creating a task or processing a result further. Write actions and their approvals are set up separately from read access to data.

How are access permissions taken into account?

Before connecting, we define the source areas, technical access and the authorised users or workspaces. We agree with you, for each connector, how permissions from the source system are adopted or mapped.

When is an interface available?

We set up the integration with SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive on request, depending on the environment and permissions; we check the integration of further systems on request. We clarify the system, data scope, permissions, updates and required actions, and use them to define the right setup scope.

How much does an integration cost?

We agree the scope and terms of an integration with you in advance. The platform plans are listed on the pricing page.

Can external AI models such as ChatGPT or Claude be connected?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Langdock can optionally be connected to Nexoria. Nexoria also works without these integrations. When connected, shared content is transferred to the respective provider. That provider's terms, processing locations and settings apply.

What does Nexoria offer in addition to search?

With Drive, Nexoria offers its own file and knowledge storage. With Nex, Doc, Calc and Slides, you keep working with the content you find, and Nex creates documents and presentations directly in the AI chat. Workspaces organise collaboration. Mail and Meet complement the offering as optional products.
