VoiceBot: providers and processing locations clarified

Telnyx provides the telephone connection in Frankfurt. Speech recognition (STT) and speech synthesis (TTS) are performed via Voxtral from Mistral AI. The AI responses are also generated with Mistral AI. Nexoria, as the operator, has confirmed this information. This corrects the earlier location information for STT/TTS in the entry from 9 April. The current information is available under Security and privacy and in the Processing register.

Documents and presentations in the Nex AI chat: targeted page selection in large documents

For extensive annual reports, studies and technical documentation, you can now target individual pages or page ranges when creating presentations in the Nex AI chat: "Create a presentation from pages 15-42", "pages 15, 87 and 135" or "from page 79 to the end". The generator uses only the requested pages. This significantly reduces token consumption, speeds up generation and prevents information overload in the generated presentation. In addition, cross-references across several chapters can be synthesised. The sources slide shows exactly the pages used. Verified with 11 tests against a 200-page reference document.

Technical and organisational measures based on BSI IT-Grundschutz

The technical and organisational measures are based on BSI IT-Grundschutz and have been implemented, specifically following the modules ORP.4, CON.1, APP.5.3 and OPS.1.1.5. This does not replace a certificate. Certification requires an external audit, and no such procedure has currently been commissioned or scheduled. The measures are publicly available in Section 6 of the data processing agreement and in the Processing register.

VoiceBot opening hours control

Dynamic business-hours logic in the VoiceBot assistant: callers outside opening hours are no longer put through to staff, but instead hear a polite information announcement. Template variables in the system prompt make the logic configurable per bot.

Multi-tenant workspace delegation

Workspace administrators can now set fine-grained permissions per folder and document group. Role-based sharing with an audit trail.

VoiceBot migrated to new telephony infrastructure

Stability migration: the VoiceBot now runs on a new telephony stack with server-side STT/TTS. Reduced latency, better connection quality, fewer dropped connections.

Corrected on 9 September 2026: the location information for STT/TTS has been amended. Speech recognition and speech synthesis (STT/TTS) are performed via Voxtral from Mistral AI, and Telnyx provides the telephone connection in Frankfurt. Gmail OAuth scope hardening

Migration to the minimum necessary scopes (gmail.readonly + gmail.compose instead of mail.google.com/). Gmail API instead of SMTP XOAUTH2. Reduces the attack surface and meets Google review requirements.

Documents and presentations in the Nex AI chat: generation from web research

New feature: presentations and reports can now also be created in the Nex AI chat without uploaded source documents. The AI automatically researches the web, gathers 5-10 sources and uses them to generate a source-based write-up with images.
