Terms
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled by either party at the end of any billing month; there is no minimum term. The smallest bookable quantity on the Base plan is one user; the Pro plan includes 5 users. The offer is aimed exclusively at business customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The applicable terms are set out in the General terms, § 4 and § 6.

How much does Mail + Meet cost?+
Mail + Meet costs €19 on the Base plan and €9 on the Pro plan per user per month. It includes Nexoria Mail with SMTP and IMAP integration, suggested replies, summaries, translation and phishing protection by Nex, FlowHub for email communication, project management, Flowboard, appointment booking and Nexoria Meet with video conferencing. Live transcription in Nexoria Meet is performed with Mistral.
How much does the VoiceBot cost?+
The VoiceBot is an add-on; a Nexoria subscription is required to book it. Starter costs €249 per bot per month with 500 included minutes, Business €449 with 1,000 included minutes and Enterprise €699 with 2,000 included minutes. Each additional minute costs €0.35, €0.29 or €0.25. Customers with Nexoria Pro receive a 10% discount on all VoiceBots. There is no setup fee, and billing is by the minute. The VoiceBot subscription does not end automatically with the Nexoria subscription. Any discount previously granted for Nexoria Pro no longer applies; the regular agreed price then applies to the VoiceBot.
What happens when an allowance is used up?+
You choose automatic or manual top-ups. Without a top-up, new AI requests or uploads are paused. Document search keeps working and does not consume AI tokens. This overview does not state a binding price for additional tokens. Additional storage above the included allowance costs €1.00 per GB per month, billed by source bytes.
What counts as a user in the plan?+
One user equals one device. The same user cannot be used on several devices at the same time. Base is billed per user per month; Pro includes five users and charges €20 per month for each additional user.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes, you can cancel monthly. No minimum term, no hidden fees.
Where is my data stored?+
Files, the knowledge index and semantic search run on dedicated servers in Germany. Answer generation by Nex uses Mistral AI. Other services and enabled integrations need to be considered separately: error monitoring via Sentry, based in the USA, without access to document contents, payment processing via Stripe, and Microsoft Graph and Gmail when the email integration is enabled. For the optional VoiceBot, telephony is handled via Telnyx (headquarters USA, EU branch Ireland). Speech recognition and speech output are handled via Voxtral from Mistral AI. Mistral Large is integrated via Telnyx. ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Langdock can optionally be connected. Customers connect their own account via Nexoria. In doing so, shared content is transferred to the respective provider; that provider's terms, processing locations and settings apply. Live transcription in the optional Nexoria Meet is performed with Mistral. The components and providers involved are listed under Security and privacy and in the processing register.
How is setup charged?+
You can book Base and Pro directly online. For the setup, initial import and indexing of larger data sets, you receive an individual quote based on the work required, tailored to the volume and structure of your data. The specific scope is agreed before the contract is concluded.
Can I switch between plans?+
At any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades from the next billing period.
