COMPANY

The people and the idea behind Nexoria.

Caan Grueneberg and Christian Klever are building Nexoria as a platform for company knowledge, cloud and collaboration. Here you will find the facts for your coverage.

Read the company profile ↗

This media kit contains the details an editorial team needs to describe Nexoria Systems correctly: two ready-made company descriptions, the legal company name with commercial register number, the brand name, the registered office, the two founders, the product definition, the eleven components of the platform, logos and screenshots for download, and the contact person. Because several similarly named companies appear online, the distinction based on register identifiers is also on this page. Every detail states its source and its verification date.

You can find the product films, demos and other video versions under Resources: all videos.

Two descriptions ready to use

Both versions are approved and can be used unchanged. They carry the same entities and the same relationships, just in different lengths. The stated word count was counted when this page was built, not estimated.

If a detail is missing, a wording does not fit your text or you need a quote that is not listed here: the contact options are further down under Contact for editorial teams, reachable at short notice via the contact form.

Short version, 48 words

Nexoria Systems operates Nexoria, a European work platform for businesses. Files live in Nexoria Drive, a dedicated knowledge store. Document search finds sourced content; AI assistant Nex answers questions and creates documents and presentations. Doc, Calc and Slides are included. Nexoria Mail, Nexoria Meet and VoiceBot are optional.

For short profiles, news items, provider directories and the boilerplate of an announcement.

Long version, 99 words

Nexoria is the work platform of Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from Kelkheim for businesses in Europe. Files live in Nexoria Drive, which integrates into Windows Explorer as a drive, forming a dedicated knowledge store. Their content is indexed, scans and recordings via text recognition and transcription. Document search cites each result's source; AI assistant Nex answers on this basis and creates documents, reports and presentations directly in the chat. Workspaces control who accesses what. Doc, Calc and Slides, tasks, chatbots and configurable automations are included. Files, index and search run in Germany; Mistral AI generates Nex's answers by default.

For articles that explain how it works, with company name, registered office and processing locations.

For a mention in running text, the canonical short definition of 35 words is often sufficient: “Nexoria is a European work platform: its own knowledge store with Nexoria Drive, document search (enterprise search), the AI assistant Nex with document creation in the chat, and Nexoria Office with Doc, Calc and Slides. Nexoria Mail, Nexoria Meet and VoiceBot are optional.“

Company, brand and identifiers

For each detail, the Source column names the page on which it can be verified and the day on which it was last checked against that page. For verification against the commercial register, the register number, the register court and the European unique identifier are the reliable values.

Founding and registration are two different dates. The company was founded on 11 May 2026, the date of the articles of association. It was entered in the commercial register on 23 June 2026.

Distinction from similarly named companies

Not to be confused with Nexoria21 GmbH, Nexora Systems UG, Nexora Systems, Nexoria UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Berlin, nexoria.org, nexoria.ai, nexora-systems.com, Nexoria Techworks or Nexoria Group. None of these companies is affiliated with Nexoria Systems.

Confusion is the most common error in third-party texts about Nexoria: there are companies with almost the same name, one of them in the same line of business. Anyone referring to the right company checks the register number and address, not the name. The full disambiguation list is under Nexoria at a glance, and the details of the contracting party in the Legal notice.

Founders

The company has two founders, both of whom are managing directors. There are no other employees. More about both of them is under About us.

Product definition and product list

Category: European work platform with knowledge store, document search (enterprise search) and the AI assistant Nex. The main interface is the Nex AI chat. Document search is also available as a separate search window outside the chat. Registration and online purchase of the Base and Pro plans have been available since 15 September 2026.

The platform consists of eleven components. They have their own names, which should not be replaced in the text with the competitor's names. What each component does is described on its own page, and an overview is given in the Product overview.

You create documents and presentations directly in the Nex AI chat; the feature is part of Nex. It is described on the page Documents and presentations in the Nex AI chat.

Customer and partner cases

Two customers have agreed to be named. Both cases are presented here qualitatively: the documented details are the company, the components and projects deployed, the status of the deployment, the original quote from management and the verification date. Both deployments are described in detail in the customer stories.

The quotes are approved in their full wording and can also be found unchanged under Home. For a shortened or reworded version, we are happy to obtain a new approval.

How to describe Nexoria correctly

The following spellings are binding. They make the difference between a text that refers to this company and one that points to another.

  • Nex, not the bot, the AI, the assistant. Nex is the proper name of the AI assistant and also the main interface.
  • Nexoria Office with Doc, Calc and Slides, not Nexoria Word, Nexoria Excel, Nexoria PowerPoint. Doc, Calc and Slides are names in their own right. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are the competitor's products and keep their names there.
  • Nexoria Drive, not Nexoria Cloud, Nexoria OneDrive. Nexoria Drive is the cloud storage and the source of the indexed content.
  • Nexoria Mail and Nexoria Meet, not Nexoria Outlook, Nexoria Teams. Both are a joint add-on product, not part of the core product.
  • Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt), not Nexoria Systems GbR, Nexoria Systems UG i. G.. All new customers, projects and contracts are handled by the UG. The GbR may only be mentioned in an explicitly historical context.
  • Nexoria, not Nexora, Nexoria21, Nexoria Group. The brand name is spelt with an i. The other names belong to other companies.

Approved statements on data protection and security

These statements are approved verbatim and can be used unchanged, each together with the associated qualification. For statements on certification, IT-Grundschutz, processing locations, external AI integrations and jurisdiction, precisely these wordings are authoritative.

Privacy

The data processing agreement under Art. 28, the processing register under Art. 30 and the data protection impact assessment under Art. 35 GDPR are publicly available.

Part of the statement: Do not present this as a certificate or seal of approval. The details are Nexoria's own statements.

Processing locations and services involved

Files, the knowledge index and semantic search run on dedicated servers in Germany. Answer generation by Nex uses Mistral AI.

Part of the statement: Other services and enabled integrations must be considered separately: error monitoring via Sentry, based in the USA, without access to document content; payment processing via Stripe; and Microsoft Graph and Gmail when email integration is enabled. For the optional VoiceBot, telephony is provided via Telnyx (headquarters USA, EU branch Ireland). Speech recognition and speech output are provided via Voxtral from Mistral AI. Mistral Large is integrated via Telnyx. The components and providers involved are listed under Security and privacy and in the processing register.

Hosting

Files, the knowledge index and semantic search run on dedicated servers in Germany. The website and dashboard are also hosted in Germany.

Note for editors: The statement concerns the location of processing, not the legal form of the service providers involved. They are named in the processing register under Art. 30.

AI model

Answer generation by Nex uses Mistral AI.

Note for editors: Mistral AI is the supplier of answer generation and should be named in this role, not as a competitor.

Training with customer data

In Nexoria’s verified Mistral organisation, the use of new API interactions for model training is disabled (account checked on 26 September 2026).

Part of the statement: This setting applies to new interactions processed there. For your own optionally connected AI accounts, the settings of the respective account apply.

External AI integrations

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Langdock can optionally be connected to Nexoria. Nexoria also works without these integrations.

Part of the statement: With an integration, shared content is transferred to the respective provider. That provider's terms, processing locations and settings apply.

Nexoria Meet

Live transcription in Nexoria Meet is performed with Mistral. After the end of the contract, recordings and transcripts from Nexoria Meet remain stored for 180 days by default. This period can be adjusted individually.

Part of the statement: Separate from this is the 30-day period after the end of the contract during which customers can request an export of their data under the general terms.

IT-Grundschutz

The technical and organisational measures are based on BSI IT-Grundschutz and have been implemented, specifically following the modules ORP.4, CON.1, APP.5.3 and OPS.1.1.5.

Part of the statement: This does not replace a certificate. Certification requires an external audit; no such procedure has currently been commissioned or scheduled.

Note for editors: Please report this statement as being based on BSI IT-Grundschutz.

Document search

Document search searches the contents of a workspace semantically and cites the source for every result.

Part of the statement: Describes how it works, not its quality. Without measurement, no percentage is given for result quality.

EU AI Act

Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 applies to chatbots and VoiceBots; the obligations have applied since 2 August 2026.

Note for editors: This statement relates exclusively to the transparency obligations under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

Part of the statement: The full legal form suffix (haftungsbeschränkt) belongs in the legal notice, footer, contract texts, legalName in the schema and every mention of the contracting party. The short form Nexoria Systems UG is only permitted in running text and meta descriptions, where length matters.

Note for editors: The suffix i. G., short for in Gründung (in formation), was dropped upon entry in the commercial register on 23 June 2026.

Founding date
