Models, data flows and use for training

Perplexity offers different models and features depending on the plan. For Enterprise Max, for example, the vendor describes advanced research and the creation of files and applications. The models and usage limits you need should be part of your specific offer. Source: Perplexity: Enterprise Max.

Nex uses the Mistral AI API for answers. File storage and search run in Germany. Answers are generated via the external Mistral AI API; the agreed data flows apply to its processing. Consider the choice of model and the processing location separately.

On its Enterprise page, Perplexity states that it does not train its language models on Enterprise customer data. Check the applicable contract and the settings of the offering you have subscribed to. For Nexoria, use for training must be verified on the basis of the specific Mistral contracts and account settings. Exclusion from training and deletion periods are separate questions.

Other services and optional integrations

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Langdock can optionally be connected via your own provider account and a Nexoria MCP. Nexoria also works without these connections. The respective terms and data flows apply to transmitted content. Review the connection you want for your workflow together with us.

Optional mail, meeting and telephony services as well as technical support services must also be considered. Technical error monitoring runs via Sentry, based in the USA, without access to document content. For the optional VoiceBot, Telnyx (headquarters USA, EU branch Ireland) provides the telephone connection. Compare pricing and scope

The Perplexity Help Center lists Enterprise Pro at US$40 per seat per month or US$400 per year. Enterprise Max costs US$325 per month or US$3,250 per year per seat there. Nexoria costs €29 per user per month or €299 per month for five users, excluding VAT. Each additional user costs €20 per month. Mail and Meet cost an additional €19 per user per month on Base or €9 on Pro. Nex is included in the core product.
